Each Group Membership provides a comprehensive benefits package including Public Liability and Personal Accident insurances and a range of offers, discounts and privileges exclusively available to C³ Members.
In addition to this, Groups also enjoy £10million Employers’ Liability Insurance for paid and voluntary employees of the Group / Syndicate and the option to purchase one-off, daily, Guest Memberships.

What’s Included
Whether you are a shooter, re-enactor, fisherman or rambler the same comprehensive insurance package makes sure you’re covered for every eventuality. Tap a tile for the detail.
Limit of Indemnity: £12,000,000 (£12 million) in any one occurrence.
Indemnity is provided in respect of claims made against any C³ Member for Compensation, including Costs and Expenses incurred (with consent), as a result of accidental bodily injury, accidental Property Damage; or obstruction, loss of amenities, trespass, nuisance or interference with any right of way, light, air or water: caused by an event, during participation in an Insured Activity, neither expected nor intended by the Member.
Limit of Indemnity: £12,000,000 (£12 million) in the aggregate.
Indemnity is provided in respect of claims made against any C³ Member for Compensation, including Costs and Expenses incurred (with consent), as a result of:
The sale or distribution of shot or hunted game, to family, friends or local retailers in accordance with the Food Standards Agency Wild Game Guide; the sale or distribution of collected honey, beeswax and/or other bee products to family, friends or local retailers, in accordance with The Honey (England) Regulations 2015 — up to a total value of £5,000 per annum and, where applicable, declared to HMRC, during the period of Membership.
Standard Capital Benefit: £10,000
If, during the Membership period, a C³ Member suffers an accidental bodily injury whilst engaged in an Insured Activity and such activity is the sole, direct and independent cause of the injury, which occasions disablement and/or medical treatment within 12 calendar months of the accident, then we shall pay the benefits, up to £10,000, as stated in the Summary of Insurance.
Enhanced Personal Accident Insurance of £50,000 may be purchased in conjunction with any C³ Standard Membership for an additional £9.95.
Claim Limit: £250,000 in any one claim & £250,000 in any one period of Membership.
Certificate Appeal: Professional expenses for an appeal or representation to a police licensing authority, court or other mandatory body following refusal to grant or renew, revocation, partial revocation, or the imposition of conditions on a shotgun or firearm certificate (or an air weapon certificate where required).
Criminal Prosecution Defence: Professional expenses to represent the Insured after a criminal investigation has commenced relating to the possession of a firearm, shotgun or air weapon contrary to, or in reliance on the exemptions within, Firearms Legislation.

Frequently Asked
For Premium, Standard and Short Term Memberships cover can start from the same day. Your PDF certificate is emailed to you within minutes and is also available in your Member Area straight away.
Some Visitor Memberships must be approved by the C³ underwriters prior to activation. To facilitate this we request Visitor Memberships be purchased at least 5 days in advance of the proposed membership start date.
Standard and Short Term Memberships provide cover across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
Premium Memberships include our Worldwide Travel Extension which extends the territorial limits of the cover worldwide, including up to 90 days in the USA or Canada in any one year.
The cover afforded by Visitor Memberships is valid in the United Kingdom only.
All cover is subject to UK law and jurisdiction.
Yes, you can add multiple Memberships to your basket. Once you have selected the type and quantity of Memberships you would like to purchase, you will be prompted to complete the Member Details for each before proceeding to checkout. All memberships purchased together using the same email address can be managed in a single user account.
For groups of 10 or more, consider our Group & Syndicate Membership which offers discounted fees and a shared renewal date.

You must inform us as soon as is reasonably practical of any circumstances that may give rise to a claim under the C³ Master Policies. Once we have reviewed your initial notification our team will guide you through the next steps and any documents you need to provide.
Yes, you can update contact details and download your documents for your Memberships in the Member Area. If you need to change your name, edit your membership type or add an extension you will need to Contact Us directly.
C³ Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation within our 14 day cooling off period will be eligible for a full refund of Membership fees*. Please visit our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
